We have gone from 35 submissions to well over 800 from 74 different countries for our 2023 festival. We have had filmmakers flying in from the US, China, Europe and the rest of the world.

What an incredible time we had in beautiful Wales. The team were fantastic and went to so much effort to make the filmmakers feel welcome and special. Couldn't be more thrilled to have been a part of Carmarthen Bay Film Festival. We were able to attend the screening day that Hêri was scheduled for and got to watch some wonderful films.It was an extra bonus to have been nominated and then win in the Short Film Made in Wales category. The gala event was definitely a highlight!

This really is a great Festival. _ELICIT_ also won best short here, but that is not the reason I am giving it such a great review. It's a festival for the filmmakers soul. A chance to some really great films, mix with generous spirits who love film. With genuine interest as to what you are doing next.
